Water Sprite

I got the inspiration for this from a painting off of Mercedes Lackey's novel, "Spirits White as Lightning." So, that's where the pose idea pretty much came from, and I just made it up from there.

Eh, I'm kinda iffy about the water. I debated over it for a long time, I just hope it came out all right. I also tried to leave glow areas around the figure, flowers, and that little ball she's holding, but I don't really think that came out. Anyway, all those little white dots are really white-out, heh, so that was fun to use.
