I had half a mind to color it in Photoshop, but I'm still without a tablet...That and some decent markers are next on the To Buy list, bwhaha.
I think this character relates back to one I did two years ago, the "Winged Zebra-Centaur." Probably the same character really. Who knows? Not me.
Anyway :] The usual issues with facial structure, but it was actually fun and challenging. Background was done with acrylic paint heavily watered down with coffee. (Touched up a little in PS because my scanner kept cropping it.
The coloring is beautiful, especially in her hair, and everything looks very natural. EXcapt her neck, which is very long, and her nostrils, which should be rounder.
One critique if I may.. the top of the ear almost looks like it should be back more.. almost like it's on at the wrong angle. Maybe too close to the eye? A little more than an eye length distance I think. Who knows these things for sure?
The color looks great! Again, I'm jealous. I wish I could find it in me to do color.

Yeah, I have a problem with making long necks and small heads. It's a Brontosaurus thing, heh.
Agreed on the nostrils. Kept on thinking there was something funny about them, and that's it. Thank you!
